Our Teams

Our Professional services team comprises of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants and Developers.

Our certified and experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts have the right balance of technical, commercial, and business knowledge to manage all aspects of customer projects. The Project Manager also acts as a single point of contact for all stakeholders from start to finish.

Our Technical consultants are well versed in Intelligent Process Automation, Cognitive Capture, Robotic Process Automation, and Document Imaging technologies.

We have a wide range of integration experience with both cloud and on-premise CRM, ERP and Document management systems including Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, SharePoint, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle E-Business Suite.

Our Founders

Nick Scarff
Director – Commercial Operations

Nick has 20 years’ experience in transforming front and back-office business processes to reduce manual workload, improve service levels and ensure compliance. He specialises in providing Cognitive Capture, Robotic Process Automation, Process Orchestration and Analytics technologies to accelerate the pace of Digital Transformation.

Nick’s approach with clients has typically been to understand the high-level corporate strategy and break this into manageable projects that deliver fast results.

Prior to Telic Digital, Nick was Managing Director at DCS (Data Capture Solutions, Slough, a Quadient Company), responsible for Commercial (Sales and Marketing) and Business Support Functions. He was part of the management team that oversaw substantial and sustained business growth over 5 years.

Before this, Nick served as Sales Director at DCS for over 5 years and acquired experience across various industry verticals including Financial Services and Insurance, Not for Profit, Central Government, and Local Government Organisations.

Trivender Singh
Director – Technology and Technical Operations

Trivender started his career as a software developer and has over 20 years’ experience in developing and implementing Business Process Automation solutions tailored to customer requirements.

He believes that the key to a successful digital transformation project is to not only implement technology correctly but also significantly depends on how well we understand the organisation’s people, process and culture.

Prior to Telic Digital, Trivender was the Technical Director at DCS (Data Capture Solutions, Slough a Quadient Company) for over 16 years where he was responsible for Pre-sales engineering, Project Delivery, Customer Services and Product Development.

Before DCS, Triv was part of the Product Development team at Newgen Software Technologies working on their Document Management and workflow products.

Triv is a technology enthusiast who likes to be hands on, enjoys working with new technologies and identifying how to apply these to solve business problems. He is a Computer Science graduate, and holds a master’s degree in Software and Systems Security from University of Oxford.
