Modern Slavery Statement

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is a response to Sector 54O(1). Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 relates to activities for the financial year ending 31 July 2021

Telic Digital recognises Modern Slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. We are aware that Modern Slavery takes various forms, including Slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Telic Digital provides process automation solutions, including software and services. We are focused on the UK market and view our overall risk to be low, but we are not complacent and have a zero tolerance policy towards Modern Slavery or human trafficking, all forms of servitude and forced and compulsory labour in our supply chain and in any part of our business.

We will continue to ensure that our activities and those of our contractors operate to the highest level of ethical standards operating under sound governance arrangements. We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner.

Suppliers and Contractors:

We require all organisations and individuals we engage with to ensure their goods, materials and labour-related supply chains are unambiguous:

  • Fully comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015; and are
  • Clear, transparent, accountable and auditable; and are
  • Free from ethical ambiguities.

Employees:

We verify that our employees have the right to work in the country in which our business employs them; employees have a contract of employment in line with appropriate national legislation and are remunerated at or above statutory pay legislation. Employees have the right to raise concerns without risk of reprisal.
