Telic Digital has been selected to deliver a Kofax TotalAgility Intelligent Workflow Automation Platform for Digitsing and Automating Vendor Management for an international charity.

The solution will improve visibility throughout the process, reduce manual, repetitive tasks and support the organisation in adopting leading-edge technologies such as Cognitive Capture, eSignature, Digital Workflows and Robotic Process Automation.

This charity received a large number of donation and gift aid declarations as a result of a number of postal campaigns conducted each year.

A Kofax Capture solution was deployed to allow data from scanned forms to be read automatically, validated against internal data sets and then used to populate a SalesForce platform used to manage supporter and donation details.

Implementation of a Kofax TotalAgility Intelligent Process Automation platform has allowed this education board to digitise and automate the affiliation process.

Large volumes of paperwork are received from schools and other education bodies, these are processed and managed in the platform to streamline the accreditation activities.

As provider of plant hire and haulage equipment, a large amount of paperwork was being produced to manage the ordering, shipping and billing of the equipment.

A Kofax Capture platform was deployed to digitise and automate this, delivering time and cost savings as well as improved customer service and compliance.
